Palestinian Salam Abu Sharar Talks Palestine

Salam is the only son of PLO representative, Majed Abu Sharar. Majed Abu Sharar was born in Dura, Hebron, Palestine, received his education in law from Egypt and established and headed the Fatah movement in Saudi Arabia in 1966. He was a member of the higher command of the Occupied Terrorites/Fatah Movement and a member of the Palestine Liberation Organization Central Council and a member of Palestine National Council.

Majed Abu Sharar was one of two PLO Representatives to meet with US General Walters about peace -- that was in 1974, when Arafat made his famous speech at the UN about the olive branch or the gun. Majed was from Arafat’s Fatah movement which dominated the PLO.

And he was viewed by many different media outlets and among his peers as the new shining star within Palestinian leadership.

Salam was educated in Europe and the US and he has devoted much of his life to the liberation of Palestine.

Miko Peled is a peace activist who dares to say in public what others still choose to deny

Miko Peled is a peace activist who dares to say in public what others still choose to deny. Born in Jerusalem in 1961 into a well known Zionist family, his grandfather, Dr. Avraham Katsnelson was a Zionist leader and signer of the Israeli Declaration of Independence. His Father, Matti Peled, was a young officer in the war of 1948 and a general in the war of 1967 when Israel conquered the West Bank, Gaza, Golan Heights and Sinai. Peled’s unlikely opinions reflect his father’s legacy. General Peled was a war hero turned peacemaker.
