Brad Johnson is a second generation restauranteur - having opened restaurants on both east and west coast. After, operating such various spots in Los Angeles as Roxbury, Memphis, BLT Steak and Georgia, Johnson, along with chef/ partner, Govind Amstrong. have operated Post and Beam, for the past two years -- bringing farm to table dining to the Black middle class enclave of Baldwin Hills, California.
