Prof. Lawrence Davidson Deconstructs Zionism

Lawrence Davidson lectured as a professor at West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania. His academic work is centered on the history of American foreign relations with the Middle East.

Throughout his career, Davidson has informed public discourse with his critique of American foreign policy in the Middle East and has embarked on this endeavor in a way that promotes citizen awareness. Davidson analysis has centered on the reality of American conduct in the Middle East and has performed this analysis in conjunction with an awareness of the propaganda that has permeated this debate for the past 65 years. Given this analysis and focus, Davidson has become an outspoken and unflinching critic of the U.S. alliance with Israel and the Zionists' treatment of the Palestinian people.

Davidson is the author of several books. His latest, published in 2009, is Foreign Policy, Inc.: Privatizing America's National Interest. This work locates the source of U.S. foreign policy formulation in the activity of powerful lobbies rather than in the White House or State Department.

His analyses and commentary can be found here:

Israeli Author And Peace Activist, Miko Peled, Spills The Beans About Israel

Miko Peled is a peace activist who dares to say in public what others still choose to deny. Born in Jerusalem in 1961 into a well known Zionist family, his grandfather, Dr. Avraham Katsnelson was a Zionist leader and signer of the Israeli Declaration of Independence. His Father, Matti Peled, was a young officer in the war of 1948 and a general in the war of 1967 when Israel conquered the West Bank, Gaza, Golan Heights and Sinai.  Peled’s unlikely opinions reflect his father’s legacy. General Peled was a war hero turned peacemaker.

Miko grew up in Jerusalem, a multi-ethnic city, but had to leave Israel before he made his first Palestinian friend, the result of his participation in a dialogue group in California. He was 39.

Peled addresses Zionist myths head on.  He insists that Israel/Palestine is one state—the separation wall notwithstanding, massive investment in infrastructure, towns and highways that bisect and connect settlements on the West Bank, have destroyed the possibility for a viable Palestinian state. The result, Peled says is that Israelis and Palestinians are governed by the same government but live under different sets of laws.

At the heart of Peled’s conclusion lies the realization that Israelis and Palestinians can live in peace as equals in their shared homeland.

In his book, “The General’s Son,” reveals his family history, his journey to becoming a peace activist and honestly addresses Zionist myths.

Jewish American Author, Rich Forer, Talks About Israel

Though not a religious Jew, Rich Forer had been a loyal defender of Israeli policy all his life and zealously supported Israel's 2006 invasion of Lebanon. In response to what he perceived as growing global anti-Semitism, he became a member of AIPAC, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. Angry that two of his most trusted friends resisted his views and surprised that a long-time Jewish friend would suggest that his opinions were not as factually based as he assumed, Forer began an intensive study of the history of the Israel-Palestine conflict, determined to discover the facts for himself.

With an uncompromising commitment to the truth, he went far beyond his original intention, even challenging his very identity. Reaching into the depths of himself, in a remarkable moment he underwent a spontaneous spiritual transformation in which he awoke to his true identity, beyond the limits of the ego and its enforced loyalties.

Feeling how his attachment to Israel had blinded him to the human dimension of the conflict and had led him to reject the other in a heartless way, Forer realized that the true root of conflict is one's presumed identity and the beliefs and images that emanate from and reinforce that identity, and that these presumptions are false and unnecessary. He discovered that in Truth we are all Muslim and Jewish, Palestinian and Israeli. Forer had recognized the heart of Judaism, which embraces the Universal and identifies with all of humanity.

Grant F. Smith Talks about the Natl' Summit Reassessing the US/Israel Special Relationship

Grant Smith is the director of the Washington DC based Institute for Research Middle Eastern policy (IRmep)/ IRmep is an independent nonprofit that studies U.S. policy formulation toward the Middle East. Smith’s research and analysis about trade, law enforcement and opportunity costs have appears in Antiwar.com, the Financial Times of London, Arab News, Kiplinger, Gannet, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, the New York Times, The Minneapolis Star Tribune, The Washington Report on Middle East Affairs and other specialty publications.

Smith is a frequent guest analysis on Voice of America, Radio France Internationale. He has also appeared on the BBC, C-Span, Al Jazeera, CNN and Press TV.

In 2003, Grant launched his Institute for Research Middle East Policy at a policy symposium in the Raburn House Office Building on Capital Hill warning about the grave dangers of adopting a 1996 neoconservative plan for involving the US military more deeply across the Middle East.

Grant was on The Kathleen Wells Show previously, and discussed his book: Divert! Divert details how an American company diverted/smuggled enriched uranium out of the country to Israel.

Grant’s book, Spy Trade: How Israel’s Lobby Undermines America’s Economy, shows that American’s problem is not only Israel and it’s lobby, but perhaps more dangerously blanket immunity from prosecution.

The harmful activities in which the Israel Lobby leaders engage are only possible because of their ability to corrupt US politics at every level of government.

On today's show, we discuss the national summit he co-sponsored, which aired on CSPAN, last Friday (March 7, 2014) that reassessed the US/Israel Special Relationship.

You can listen to last Friday's summit here:
